Crooked Carrot makes a variety of foods using fresh, locally-grown produce, with an emphasis on preservation. Their products include a wide range of lacto-fermented, probiotic pickled veggies, tomato sauce, apple sauce, and more.

Trinity Valley is a fourth-generation family farm in the beautiful valley of East Homer, about 30 minutes from the city of Syracuse. Its idyllic rolling hills and valleys suggest pastures of yesteryear, just as our passion and commitment to quality reflect our family values. Today, the farm is run by Ken and Sue Poole, Derek Poole and Branden and Rebekah Brown. In 2013, they turned a sweet corn field into a milk production facility and retail shop that sells local syrup, honey, seasonal produce, grass-fed beef, baked goods and more. The farm is small and independent, bottles its milk onsite and what it retails inside its store comes from people who take the same pride in what we do and produce.
Indian Creek Farm
Indian Creek Farm is among the oldest orchards in New York. We offer 40 acres of seasonal picking, including peaches, apples, tomatoes, peppers, pumpkins and more.
We grow flowers, including annuals and perennials, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables.
A favorite in New York’s Finger Lakes region, the Ithaca Bakery stores feature terrific sandwiches, homemade entrées and salads, artisan breads and bagels, superb pastry, outstanding cheeses, and great fair-trade coffee!
Murray’s chickens are raised in the rolling hills of Southeastern Pennsylvania. The birds are processed just over the New York state line in the Catskill Mountain region of Sullivan County. Unlike many others in our industry, Murray’s Chickens is family-owned – our commitment is to great tasting, healthy chicken not to shareholder demands.
Black Diamond Farm
Black Diamond Farm sources the most distinguished fruit available. They have superb summer fruit, and mid-August thru December they specialize in amazing heirloom apple varieties.
Double E Farms
Southern Tier NY producers of shiitake and oyster mushrooms on hardwood logs. The wood they use is selected and cut from over 70 wooded acres using sustainable forestry practices. All mushrooms are cultivated using natural and organic methods.

Remembrance Farm is a 100-acre Biodynamic vegetable farm located in Trumansburg, NY in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region. We specialize in growing salad greens and root vegetables for sale to local stores, restaurants, and individual households through a cooperative Community Supported Agriculture (CSA).
Buttercup Cheese has been offering high quality New York State Cheddar Cheese in the Central New York area since 1969.
